Hygienic care

Bathing and grooming becomes difficult to perform for seniors. Our caregivers will assist with bathing, shaving, shampooing and all other grooming needs. We want our clients to feel and look their best.

Transferring / Positioning

We understand that there are specific physical and health limitations that prevent seniors from moving independently. Our trained caregivers will assist our clients in moving around the home safely and comfortably. This includes moving in and out of their beds and wheelchairs. If a client is bed bound, our caregivers will perform proper positioning to reduce bedsore and muscle atrophy.

Toileting

Toileting is a sensitive matter. Without the proper help, seniors can face many hygienic problems. Our caregivers will provide dignified care to ensure that quality hygiene is met to prevent any issues.

Companionship

It is beneficial and vital that seniors engage in friendly conversation. It creates a more trusting and stress-free environment for our clients and creates a sense of belonging and a positive atmosphere in the home.

Medication Reminders

Preparing a nutritious meal becomes relatively difficult for seniors. Our caregivers are there to ensure that your loved ones are given a wholesome and nutritious meal. They will also, assist with feeding, menu planning and monitoring food and fluid intake.

Laundry

Either at home or at a local laundromat, our caregivers can assist with all laundry needs. These needs range from allocating the clothing to the correct place, washing, ironing, and drying.

Light Housekeeping

It is not easy maintaining the home, especially when older those task becomes very difficult to complete. Our caregivers are there to assist with all light housekeeping needs. These services may include organizing drawers, straightening all rooms in the home, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen.

Grocery Shopping/Errands

Tasks such as renewing and picking up prescriptions, checking for mail, paying bills on time, and getting groceries become fairly difficult when older, especially if they are unable to drive. Our caregivers are there to assist with all of those needs. Your loved ones can choose to stay home stay home, or run the errands along with the caregiver.
